QuoProd does not replace your supplier network: it enhances it. You can keep working with your trusted partners while centralizing RFQs, documents, and discussions. In short, subcontracting becomes faster without back-and-forth emails, calls, or messy Excel sheets.

No. QuoProd operates on a subscription model and takes zero commission on transactions between users.

Log into your QuoProd account and click 'Create a project'. Upload your technical drawings and documents, define your specifications (lead times, quantities, certifications, specific constraints...), and launch your RFQ. In just a few minutes, your project is ready for selected subcontractors.

You can attach any relevant documents: 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, specifications, quality requirements, photos, and sketches. The more complete your file, the more accurate and competitive the quotes will be.

QuoProd accepts major industrial file formats, including STEP (.step), STL (.stl), DXF (.dxf), PDF, JPG, PNG, and ZIP. You can easily share your technical files without conversion.

Yes. You can upload both 2D blueprints and 3D CAD files to provide suppliers with all necessary information to analyze your project.

Absolutely. When creating your project, you can specify required certifications (ISO 9001, EN 9100, etc.), standards, and any special project requirements.

Yes, you stay in total control. You can select specific companies, consult your usual supplier panel, or leverage QuoProd's automated matching to identify qualified new suppliers.

There is no limit. The number of quotes depends on consulted suppliers and their capacity. You are free to solicit as many suppliers as needed.

Yes. QuoProd provides a dynamic comparison table allowing you to evaluate received bids side-by-side and make faster decisions.

In the 'My Projects' tab, you can view all consultations, bids, purchase orders, and messages in one organized overview.

Yes. Integrated messaging enables real-time direct chats with consulted companies to ask questions and share clarifications seamlessly.

Yes. You can organize your preferred suppliers into custom panels and access them easily for future RFQs.

Yes. All consultations, quotes, orders, and chats are archived securely in your account for full traceability.

You can expand your consultation to additional subcontractors or contact our team for assistance in identifying suitable partners.

Yes. While a consultation is active, you can modify or cancel it directly from your dashboard. Consulted suppliers are automatically notified.

From your QuoProd dashboard, go to 'Company Profile' and fill in your company information. It takes only a few minutes to showcase your capabilities to industrial buyers.

We recommend detailing as much as possible: company introduction, manufacturing processes, certifications, industries served, machine fleet, contact details, and past project references.

A detailed profile dramatically increases your matching score. Make sure to specify all your machine capabilities, tolerances, certifications, and areas of expertise.

Yes. You can highlight past parts, workshop photos, and customer references to demonstrate your technical know-how.

You can be consulted directly by buyers or browse open RFQs matching your equipment in the 'Search Projects' section.

Each RFQ includes detailed specifications and downloadable technical files so you can quickly evaluate feasibility and workshop capacity.

Yes. You have total freedom to respond only to RFQs that interest you and fit your workload.

From the RFQ page, click 'Send a quote', enter your pricing and lead times, attach any relevant documents, and submit directly to the buyer.

Yes. Integrated messaging lets you converse directly with the buyer to clarify technical requirements or request revisions.

Yes. All submitted quotes, won projects, and buyer exchanges remain accessible in your dedicated dashboard.

You maintain total control over file access depending on your project privacy level:

• Public project: Selected subcontractors can view files.
• Private project: Only expressly invited suppliers can access files.
• Confidential project: Files are locked until an NDA is electronically signed and validated.

Yes. During project creation, enable 'Confidential project' to mandate an electronic NDA signature before files can be accessed.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protects sensitive intellectual property. On QuoProd, participating suppliers must sign the NDA electronically before viewing blueprints.

Yes. If your company uses a proprietary NDA template, you can upload it directly to your project.

Yes. Messages sent through the QuoProd platform are encrypted and strictly accessible only to participating project members.

No. QuoProd never sells, rents, or commercializes any user or technical data.

Yes. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time in compliance with regulations.
